Independent activities help to develop mindfulness training, concentration and responsiveness. Additionally, mindfulness will help you to better understand yourself and your needs, which will allow you to attract opportunities and experiences that are in alignment with your desires.
If you can do your Acting Independent Activities in mindful ways you will readily switch to mindful listening when you interact in your acting.
